Users will be astonished by how many powerful features are kept inside a perfectly small 7.8-inch-by-7.8-inch square. The Zino HD looks like a home theatre PC and sports native HDMI output and options as Blu-ray drive or Radeon HD 4330 graphics. There is also up to 1TB of disk space and the micro PC is based on the dual-core Athlon X2 or Athlon Neo X2 processors. There several top-side patterns and colours choices. All versions meet Energy Star 5.0 standards.

The base model starts with a single-core 1.6GHz Athlon processor, 2GB of RAM, a DVD burner, a 250GB hard disc drive and integrated Radeon HD 3200 video for a price of $359. A version with no optical drive will lower the price to only $299. The top version sports a 1.8GHz Athlon processor, 4GB of RAM, a 500GB hard disc drive and Radeon HD 4330 graphics. It is available at a price of $649. Orders will ship before the end of this month.

New Info on Dell Zino HD Specs http://www.htlounge.net/art/8456/new-info-on-dell-zino-hd-specs.html http://www.htlounge.net/art/8456/new-info-on-dell-zino-hd-specs.html#comments Wed, 07 Oct 2009 20:27:16 +0000 aura http://www.htlounge.net/?p=8456 Dell Zino HD has finally been brought to light as some of its specs and details were revealed. The series will offer two models, including the Inspiron 300 and Inspiron 400. Both have potentially been readied for Windows XP, Windows Vista or the upcoming Windows 7, with the support page also including a manual for Ubuntu. There is still no clue as to the prices.

An unspecified Intel Atom CPU will be powering the Inspiron 300 which is basic in its specs. It will just have 1GB of RAM, a 4-in-1 memory card slot and a 3.5-inch hard drive of unknown capacity. A DVD drive will be integrated. Graphics will be confined to Intel’s integrated processor, with a VGA output as its main if not only video option. This model will not have an eSATA port.

The Inspiron 400, more suitable for home theater applications, is powered by an AMD Athlon CPU, with a dual-core version offered as an option. It could otherwise be optioned with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330, up to 8GB of RAM, and a mini PCIe port. There is Wi-Fi, a DVD drive or an optional Blu-ray drive. This model will have a video option as well as gigabit Ethernet and two eSATA ports.
