It is also the first 3G BlackBerry. The battery cover has been changed once again and apparently it is also an improvement. Memory card is behind the battery cover and not on the side like the Bold 9000 did.

T-Mobile and AT&T both currently plan on announcing the Bold 2 – also known as the Onyx – on October 21st but the word on the street is that it could be in the hands of the American public on November 11.
