WiBrain B1 UMPC with 4.8 inch WSVGA touchscreen

At first glance one thing stands out when you see the new WiBrain B1 UMPC from Japanese notebook maker Dynamism - the enormous screen for a device of this type.
The B1 is one of the first devices to use a 4.8 inch WSVGA touchscreen with a resolution of 1,024 x 600. The whole UMPC is only slightly bigger than that screen - 7.56 x 3.23 x 1.1 inches. It weighs only 1.12 lbs, so it will comfortably fit into your pocket. There are a lot of features packed into the reasonably small package - WiFi, Bluetooth, a split keyboard and touch pad, a camera and a 60GB hard drive. It has Windows XP under the hood running on a VIA C7M 1.2GHz CPU. It is scheduled to ship in the middle of December, and will sell as described for $849. A less featured device will be available for $699.
