Magellan Triton GPS devices receive a lot of goodies
The name of the game these days is convergence, and Magellan is hearing the message loud and clear. The six latest additions to their Triton line of portable GPS devices all receive goodies that expand beyond giving directions. You get brilliant full color touchscreens, barometers, multi-megapixel cameras, and even an LED flashlight if you find yourself on a backroad someplace.
The top of the line model is the Magellan Triton 2000. It gets all of that stuff mentioned above, including a 2.0 megapixel picture taker, as well as a brilliant 2.7-inch QVGA display, SD expansion card slot, and an integrated speaker and microphone. This all sounds great, but it comes at a price of $499. That's still quite cheap for all the cool toys you get.
If you're feeling a little frugal, the Triton 200 may be more your cup of tea. It doesn't have SD expansion or a barometer, but it only costs $129. Here are the rest of the deets:
