For the commuter and leisure crowds comes the electronic bike, which runs on nickel metal hydride batteries. You'll need those batteries if you don't use the pedals.
We don't really have miles per session for you because it depends on how quickly you pedal and with what force. You should know, too, that you'll get just 20 miles on battery power alone before you need to recharge.
The bike, from Panasonic's Cycle Web Studio, comes in orange or green and must be bought online. Only 200 of the bikes have been manufactured, in a partnership between Panasonic and Harajuku fashion brand Beams.
