AT&T Teamed Up With Google For Google Apps on iPhone

Some websites have started to refer to the iPhone as the Jesus Phone. I wouldn't go that far, but there's no denying that the iPhone will be one of the most hotly anticipated products to be released this summer. And it just got hotter.


AT&T has officially confirmed that there are more applications on the iPhone that we have seen so far, and these unannounced apps will come courtesy of Google. Yes, the search engine giant has teamed up with the iPod giant to create, well, an even bigger giant. Turns out that the iPhone might be the Google Phone we've all been waiting for.

Google apps in the works may include Google Maps, Google News, Google Reader (RSS), mobile Blogger, and Google Calendar, but of course, this part of the equation has not yet been confirmed.
