DRM-free Tracks From EMI Will Be Hitting Up The iTunes Marketplace This Week

It's been a long time coming but it seems like the day is almost upon us. Word on the street is that a series of DRM-free tracks from EMI will be hitting up the iTunes marketplace this week, most likely tomorrow given that it's new music Tuesday.
What's interesting is that it may not be a slow trickle of a rollout. Instead, the plan may call for the entire EMI library to be dropped tomorrow, offering iTunes customers the choice of grabbing some higher-quality, DRM-free music.
This is still a rumor, but the likelihood of it being true is quite high.
