Huge Full-page Ads For RED Motorola Product

We found out yesterday that Rogers Wireless would be carrying the Product RED MOTOKRZR K1, sending $8.50 with every sale to help eliminate AIDS in Africa. Well, it didn't take long for Motorola to start advertising the new RED KRZR, taking out no fewer than five full-page ads in Metro, a newspaper distributed in Vancouver and other Canadian cities. Bear in mind that Metro only has about 20 pages in TOTAL.
But wait, there's more. In addition to the huge full-page ads (four of these were the "wraparound" the outside of the newspaper), there are also eight bold red banner ads running at the bottom of the center pages. Although they say that the Product RED MOTOKRZR K1 "is designed to help eliminate AIDS in Africa", let's not forget that (RED) "is not a charity. It is simply a business model. You buy (RED) stuff, we get the money, buy the bills and distribute them. They take the pills, stay alive, and continue to take care of their families and contribute socially and economically in their communities."
They're most definitely out for profit, but it's nice that there's a charity side to this too, even if they keep pushing the idea of being inspi(red), empowe(red), cultu(red), and admi(red).
