New Device From Samsung Incorporates DAP and Voice Recording Functionality

Communication is a two-way street, so they say, and this new device from Samsung takes that message to heart, incorporating digital audio playing capability and also voice recording functionality. We're not sure whether your voice memos will play on the FM stations that the YV-150 can pull in, but you can certainly turn your verbal forget-me-nots into MP3s and play them back for all to hear.


This is a tiny device, really, weighing in at just 40 grams for all of its 33x97x18mm size. It runs on tiny batteries as well—AAA, to be exact and a pair of them at that.

You could buy the 512MB version for just US$163, but here's wagering that you'll want the 1GB model, which costs US$203.
