Bamboo From Wacom Comes With Pen And Buttons Instead of a Mouse

Who needs a mouse? If you're cringing at the thought of another tiny trackball in the midst of your laptop keyboard, keep reading. We're talking here about the Bamboo, from Wacom. The mouse functionality on this device is assumed by a set of four customizable buttons and a touch-sensitive scroll wheel that, taken together, should give you just about every kind of movement and function option that you would have with a mouse. In addition, Vista users can access some OS-specific shortcuts.
You get the pen as well, which is probably what you'll be using most of the time anyway. The battery-free cordless virtual writing device is pressure-sensitive as well.
The price isn't all that bad, at US$140.
