MOTOMESH DUO WiFi Network Technology Covers Large Metropolitan Area

Motorola has always been on the leading edge of all this mobile and wireless. They were among the first to be successful with cell phones, for example. Well, the big M is taking their marketing and development muscle into the WiFi blanket arena by creating MOTOMESH DUO WiFi network technology. Consisting of a series of antennas, apparently hung on the underside of street lamps, MOTOMESH DUO can effectively blanket a large metropolitan area with 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN.


Perhaps even more interesting is that you do not need to remain stationary to access this wonderful wireless network. They claim that this technology will continue to serve you, even if you are moving at a speed of 400km/h. Supporting "multi hopping functionality", MOTOMESH DUO is distinctly different from Mobile WiMAX technology, allowing individual devices to serve as a router.
