AT&T 8525 Pocket PC Is The Old Cingular 8525 With Some New Features

The Cingular 8525 Pocket PC has had a few things going for it, but it should be better now thanks to a new name and some new features. It will now answer to the name of AT&T 8525. The slider QWERTY keyboard, integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 2 megapixel camera, Windows Media Player 10 and Windows Mobile 5.0 with Direct Push remain from the earlier version. Joining that is AT&T Push to Talk technology, AT&T Mobile Music, including XM Satellite Radio, and Cellular Video, the on demand streaming video service. If the new stuff sounds good but you already have an old one, don't worry - the upgrade software is available as a free download from Sprint. The AT&T 8525 will be available on May 14 starting at $399.99.
