The newest notebook from Acer, the Aspire 5920, combines the Acer Gemstone design with the latest that the Intel Centrino has to offer. The Gemstone design is a brand new industrial design theme that the company hopes will differentiate the computer. If the looks don't make the Aspire 5920 stick out, the features might. It has Core 2 Duo Centrino Santa Rosa processors, as well as Intel Robson technology - the TurboMemory Flash system cache which means you don't have to save workloads to the HDD. That saves both time and power. The NVidia GeForce 8600M-GT graphics card makes the 15.4" display a pleasure to look at. No word yet on price or availability.
