The Magic Beans Or Aduki Ni Lamps

Looking for a light source for your desk? Tired of the typical form factor of most lamps? Well, the Aduki Ni is not your father's lamp. These strange little light creatures, which are shaped like a bean or a pebble or something else decidedly un-lamp-like, do things that a typical lamp can only dream of. To start with, they are metallic and nifty looking. They're also completely weatherproof, so you will be fine if you, for some reason, find yourself working in the dark in a rainstorm (you're laptop probably doesn't share the same distinction, so be careful if you are working in those conditions). These magic beans also change color, making them both fun to watch and an excellent distraction when you don't feel like working. The most exciting feature of all, though, is that you don't have to worry about tripping over power cords. These babies glow for 6-8 hours on a single recharge.
They may not be very practical, and they probably can't really replace your lamp after all, but they sure are cool.
