Ultra High-speed Data Transfers With Tornado File Transfer Tool

While a real-life twister can cause all sorts of damage to farmhouses and livestock, the Tornado File Transfer Tool from Data Drive Thru Inc. offers ultra high-speed data transfers between computers. I have stated in the past that I'm not a big fan of wires, but all current wireless solutions -- like sending files over a WiFi network -- are nowhere near as fast as the Tornado.


Featuring a two-way USB cable and case, the Tornado comes with a software program that looks like Windows Explorer. From either computer, you can drag and drop files bi-directionally. We assume that since you have physical access to the logged-in computer that you don't need any sort of security.

There's no mention of actual benchmarks, but the producer "has launched a competition to see if there are any other devices that would beat their transfer speeds." Sounds pretty confident to me.

The Tornado is available now for $60.
