Pocket Player, The iPod Shuffle With A Display At The Top

One of the things that has prevented me from buying an iPod Shuffle is that it lacks a display, and well, I want to know what I'm listening to. It also helps when you're navigating through the tracks, finding your favorite song. Matthias Lange has taken the clip-tastic appeal of the iPod Shuffle and plunked a display at the top, effectively overcoming the greatest shortcoming of Apple's entry-level player.


While the orange highlights give it a little bit of personality, you'll also notice that the Pocket Player -- as it has come to be called -- boasts a slightly curved shape so that it can be worn comfortably in pants pockets, whether you are standing, sitting, or walking. Naturally, the headphone jack is also located at the top for easy access. The Pocket Player may not be all that innovative, but it does address several issues.
