Happy Customers Tesla Stores

Tesla, aiming to be different in many aspects of the car-buying and -selling experience, is planning a series of stores that aim to make its customers feel good about their purchases, in more ways than one.

The Tesla Stores will boast a sort of VIP lounge environment, mixing elements of Apple stores, Starbucks outlets, and fine dining establishments—that from Chairman Elon Musk in a recent blog. Further, the company will own all the stores, not franchise them out, a fact that will be highlighted by the fact that employees will be shareholders.


Among Musk's other ideas is the one about shifting the service area to the front part of the store and having technicians being available for consultations and discussions with car owners.

And then there are the cars. Those electric roadsters and sedans should be entering the wider public consciousness in a big way sometime soon, probably along about the time that these Tesla Stores are up and running.

It all sounds a bit far-fetched to us, but the buzz on this vehicle is still white-hot and buzz is everything these days.
