Porsche Panamera Does Not Disappoint

Porsche is really starting to spread its wings with the rising popularity of the Porsche Cayenne SUV. What's missing from the Porsche lineup is the luxury 4-door sedan but that niche will be filled in 2010 with the introduction of the Panamera.

The roofline and profile are somewhat reminiscent of the sedan with the Maserati badge and like that vehicle, the 2010 Porsche Panamera does not disappoint in terms of performance. The engine, which will be placed at the front, is derived from the one that'll fitted into the facelifted Cayenne. The 4.8L powerplant should produce around 400hp, though a turbo version could easily push that to 520hp.


Now all Porsche needs is an economical hatchback, a utilitarian station wagon, and a people-moving minivan, right?
