Dell’s 15.6-inch Vostro 1015 notebook PC, designed exclusively for business users is now shipping, after its presentation in August. Prices are ranged between $429 and $629, but users can opt for special options too. The basic version features 2.2GHz Celeron 900 CPU and Windows Vista Home Basic OS, all using a 160GB HDD.
The rest of the versions get Windows 7. The top model benefits from a 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo T6670, as well from a 320GB HDD, 3GB of RAM and Windows 7 Professional. It also features a dual-layer DVD burner, Wi-Fi connection and a 2-megapixel camera. Vostro 1015 has, no matter what version, a six cell battery and a GMA 4500MHD integrated processor from Intel, which handles graphics.
