Holiday Sparkle – the first Signature Collection netbook in Sony VAIO W series

Sony recently launched the first netbook for the Signature Collection in the VAIO W series, the Holiday Sparkle. The netbook is 10.1-inch sized with a white exterior and a snowflake pattern, that appears different depending on the angle it is viewed from. Specifications for this special edition netbook are the same as for other VAIO W series devices, i.e. the 1.66GHz Atom processor, 1GB of internal RAM and a 250GB hard disk drive. Connectivity supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and the whole engine is powered by Windows 7. Battery life is claimed to be seven hours at its maximum and the total weight of the netbook is 3lbs.

The Sony VAIO W series netbook Holiday Sparkle is already available and can be found at a price of $500.
