The 4.3 patch for the Zune HD firmware prepares it for 3D games and applications and improves web access performance. Browsing has now the option of forcing it to display desktop websites, sports an improved tap-to zoom function and is much faster.
The keyboard has a wider landscape look and presents the Auto Suggest feature for text input, as well as automatic capitalization of letters after typing periods. Toggling is enabled between seeking and presets for the FM radio tuner, as well as embedded links to artists, songs and albums in an artist’s biography. Toggling to default mobile or desktop webpage layout is also available in the settings for the Internet.
Other fixes refer to faster loading and closing of the applications, faster start-up (less than 15 seconds) and improved accuracy of the touchscreen during game play.
