Motorola has shipped its Cliq model to T-Mobile and the phone is available in the stores, as promised by the American carrier. The new smartphone is available in titanium and white and is priced at $400 on the Even More Plus plan, without a contract. Certain contracts bring the Cliq to $200.

The Motorola Cliq is the first Android-powered device to use MOTOBLUR, a way of bringing information from social networks, through streams, to the home screen. Such information is e-mails and messages or status updates, as well as other data. The Cliq provides a hardware slide-out keyboard (QWERTY) and a 3.1-inch touchscreen with a 480×320 resolution. The Motorola Cliq is bundled with a 2GB microSD card and has a five-megapixel camera with auto focus and allowing video capture. A 3.5-millimeter headphone jack is also featured and a music player is preloaded with an Amazon MP3 store application.
