Expected to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress next year, the Kurara from Sony Ericsson is Entertainment Unlimited device, maybe a less featured version of the Satio, but certainly Symbian Foundation platform S60-based, like its predecessor. It is also supposed to sport a touchscreen interface, a 3.5-inch screen or less and an 8.1-megapixel camera, which means lower resolution than the Satio camera did.
The Kurara will be multimedia functional, being able to play back photos and videos and will have a built-in browser.
Detailed information on this handset, as well as release dates or pricing, is not yet available, but rumors say it could be released in the first half of 2010.
