Meant to accompany the BlackBerry smartphones, the inPulse BlackBerry smartwatch is able to provide caller id as well as e-mail headers on an OLED display. This happens in real-time, through Bluetooth, and is very useful for the users who do not need to check their phones to see who called or what e-mail they have received.
The smartwatch is also able to recognize other messages, such as SMS notices, Twitter updates or RSS new feeds.
Even more, the user can customize special alarms and timers. They also can screen out certain messages and sleep the watch for certain periods of the day.
Beyond that, the smartwatch for BlackBerry also has a rechargeable 4-day lithium-ion battery.
It can be pre-ordered at $142, but can be shipped only in February next year.
