Verizon has officially launched two Hewlett Packard netbooks – HP Mini 311-1037NR and HP Mini 110-1046NR.

HP Mini 311-1037NR is powered by Windows 7 Home Premium and is based on a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor. It has 2GB of RAM, a 160GB hard disk drive, a 11.6-inch, 1366×768 resolution LED backlit display screen and a NVIDIA Ion graphics chipset. Connectivity is provided through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Three USB ports, an integrated memory card reader, HDMI and VGA output and an Ethernet jack complete the features of the netbook. Networking includes Verizon’s EVDO, UMTS/HSPA and GSM/GPRS/EDGE and there is also a six-cell battery.

HP Mini 110-1046NR is using the “old” Windows XP Home. The processor is also the 1.6GHz Intel Atom and the memory is 1GB RAM. The hard disk drive has 160GB and the display has a 1024×576 resolution. Other specifications are similar to HP Mini 311-1037NR, except Bluetooth and HDMI output.

Both computers are subsidized by Verizon. The HP Mini 311-1037NR costs $250 with a $100 mail-in rebate and a new two-year Mobile Broadband contract. The HP Mini 110-1046NR costs $200 after a $100 mail-in rebate and also has a two-year plan. 250MB per month will cost $40 per month, with each additional megabyte priced at $0.10 and a $60 plan offers 5GB per month with $0.05 per every additional megabyte.

We can now tell that the offer is finally here, and as expected, this offer will become very popular for Verizon’s users.
