The first Android phone from Sony Ericsson, XPERIA X3, which will be soon in the market, is supposed to be equipped with a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and for this reason as fast as Acer’s Liquid.

The touchscreen is 4-inch and has a resolution of 800×400 pixels. There also is an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash, VGA video recording, 8× digital zoom and image stabilization. 3G, GPS, miniUSB, Bluetooth 2.1 and Wi-Fi are also present. XPERIA X3 is powered by Android 1.6, maybe even Android 2.0. Networking will be possible in 2G (850/900/1800/1900 Quad-Band), 3G (900/2100 Dual-Band), HSDPA (10Mbps) and HSUPA (2Mbps).

Sony Ericsson’s XPERIA X3, using a Rachael user interface, is expected to be presented in November this year or even January next year, although the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, that will take place on mid February 2010, could be a greater opportunity for a major launch.
