LG Mobile Phones Awarded as Highest in Customer Satisfaction

J.D. Power and Associates recently awarded LG Mobile Phones in the 2009 Wireless Traditional Mobile Phone Satisfaction section. LG was highest in every major category – physical design, operation, battery function, and, of course, overall satisfaction.
The study measured customer satisfaction with traditional wireless handsets and LG ranked above other traditional mobile phone makers, receiving top marks in all categories, according to J.D. Power and Associates
LG official Ehtisham Rabbani, vice-president of product strategy and marketing in LG Mobile Phones said that this was the second time this year that LG received this award.
According to the LG vice-president, listening to consumer needs has always been the highest priority for the company and knowing that their efforts were appreciated by the public is very rewarding.
