Dell Zino HD has finally been brought to light as some of its specs and details were revealed. The series will offer two models, including the Inspiron 300 and Inspiron 400. Both have potentially been readied for Windows XP, Windows Vista or the upcoming Windows 7, with the support page also including a manual for Ubuntu. There is still no clue as to the prices.

An unspecified Intel Atom CPU will be powering the Inspiron 300 which is basic in its specs. It will just have 1GB of RAM, a 4-in-1 memory card slot and a 3.5-inch hard drive of unknown capacity. A DVD drive will be integrated. Graphics will be confined to Intel’s integrated processor, with a VGA output as its main if not only video option. This model will not have an eSATA port.

The Inspiron 400, more suitable for home theater applications, is powered by an AMD Athlon CPU, with a dual-core version offered as an option. It could otherwise be optioned with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330, up to 8GB of RAM, and a mini PCIe port. There is Wi-Fi, a DVD drive or an optional Blu-ray drive. This model will have a video option as well as gigabit Ethernet and two eSATA ports.
