Palm Pre hits the UK and Ireland on October 16th

Palm Pre is finally making its debut in the UK on October 16th, after four months of tardiness. Carphone Warehouse, Phones4U and O2′s online shop have all stocked up on the new phone but the carrier options are limited to just one.
With regards to the price, the Pre can be obtained on a two-year contract charging £34.26 per month, also with free access to the BT OpenZone WiFi service.
The Pre will also be launching in Deutschland on October 13, with the device priced at €481.
