The Taiwanese company Teclast released some details regarding its newest portable multimedia player entitled T58. The most important feature of this upcoming device is the fact that it will incorporate the Android open-sourced operating system developed by Google Company. Other features are the 720p video playback comprising video files such as RMVB, AVS, H.264, MPEG-4 and WMV9, Wi-Fi and it seems that GPS is going to be available in the T58 player.
Regarding other endowments they are the subject of speculation. Customers seem to believe that Teclast`s new portable multimedia player is going to comprise some of the specifics of its predecessor T56, more exactly a color screen of five inches with a resolution of 800×480 and a slot for SD memory card.
Taking into consideration past marketing approaches of the Taiwanese organization it seems less likely that the new portable multimedia player is going to be officially imported in North America. The upcoming T58 player`s purchasing price is not known yet.
