Google gave its response regarding the Google Voice application meant for the iPhone to Federal Communication Commission. The organization stated that Apple Company rejected the company`s applications. As an update, in response to this affirmation, Apple denied all the things Google stated.
Apple`s response given to Federal Communication Commission was: “Contrary to published reports, Apple has not rejected the Google Voice application, and continues to study it. The application has not been approved….”. So we understand that the organization did not reject the Google Voice application, poor little board members simply did not manage to approve it!!!
Google Company retracted the confidentiality request for its statements addressed to the Federal Communication Commission`s questions and affirmed that Apple did in fact reject their application. Moreover, coming in the aid of these statements, the text comprised by the full PDF document in this matter presents statements made by Phil Schiller and the reasons for the course of action took by Apple. The PDF document presents the fact that Mr. Phil Schiller was the one who announced on the 7th of July that Apple had rejected Google Voice. The one receiving this news was Google`s Alan Eustace, Vice-President of Engineering and Research department. The reason of the rejection was the fact that Google Latitude application would replace the Maps application which was considered a core one, due to the fact that Google`s software was more evolved and presented new specifics that Maps did not incorporate.
It is rather shocking to note the fear in Apple`s strategies considering the fact that the organization is one of the top leading companies on its market segment. The rejection of the two Google applications may represent only the beginning of a business quarrel.
Why would Apple deny and challenge Google? Google has evidence to show Apple rejected their Google Voice app from the iPhone.
I don’t think Apple recognizes who they’re messing with…Google will destroy iPhone and Apple’s reputation for trying to lie to FCC and make Google look stupid.
