By the means of a new job listing, Microsoft Company announced that the new Windows Mobile 7 is very focused on social networking. The job requirements demand a person on the Senior Program Manager on the post of making a “Mobile Social Platform” as Microsoft states. The company wants to comprise the news feeds coming from various social networks into a single one. The new platform would take the information from those sources and transcribe it into various applications such as an incoming call that may be able to display the contact`s status upgrades.

Even if the job requirement showed Microsoft`s intent regarding a new social network, it is still unknown if this innovative specification will be an element of Windows Mobile 7 when it is distributed. Past Microsoft announcements regarding the upgrades made on Windows Mobile were released at the beginning of the year and the new products were distributed in the in the second half of that specific year. This timeframe allows Microsoft`s new executive less than 12 months to put into application the launching of the new social platform.
