Nokia 8800 Series Becomes More Luxurious with Erdos

Nokia`s newest luxury gadget is part of the Finnish company`s 88xx product line and is entitled Erdos. This innovative model is said to be the organization`s most luxurious and modern product.

Thanks to the developers` endeavor, the new Nokia model is considered an engineering piece of genius. The bottom of the mobile phone incorporates a camera of 5.0 megapixels equipped with Carl Zeiss lens with dual LED. The video capacity varies between 288×352 at 30 frames per second and 480×640 at 15 frames per second. Furthermore, sliding the shell the screen rises and shows the display which is a QVGA 320×240 pixels, comprises 16 colors, a 2.4 inches OLED. The display is coated by glass that switches to silver when the screen is on stand-by or off.

The casing is sculptured from a single piece of stainless steel which is called bullet silver due to its similar color. The dimensions of the Erdos are: 116.9×50, 3×15.0 mm. Taking an insight in the case we find that the new mobile phone operates on Symbian S60. It has an internal memory of 8 gigabytes memory, but no slot for a microSD or any other type of external memory. Regarding protocols, the new luxurious model from Nokia comprises WCDMA bands – one up to 8 and GSM. The connectivity of this innovative model is guaranteed by: WLAN, AGPS, High Speed USB reaching 30 Mbit/sec and version 2.0 of Stereo Bluetooth (A2DP & AVRCP).

For those eager to purchase this luxury good, Erdos will be launched on the market this year in October.
