Microsoft Launched Zune HD

Does Apple`s iPod start to worry about a ruthless competition from Microsoft`s new Zune HD? The new MP3 player device was launched by Microsoft so anyone who desires to get their hands on it can do so from the retailers. The company hopes that their new product will become one of the top models in the MP3 player market. One may even think that Zune HD is the best product of the company so far.

People may remember that the innovative Zune HD comprises Windows Embedded Compac (Windows CE) operating system. Getting past the shinny end-user interface, we discover eight independent processors incorporated in the Nvidia Tegra APX, an OLED capacitive touchscreen display of 3.3 inches, an accelerometer, Wi-Fi, a browser for the Internet, many games, and so on and so forth.

Do not get fooled by the “HD” name contained by this new MP3 player. Zune HD does not incorporate a HD video. If one desires to transfer 720p of videos to his or her own HDTV, they`ll need to make use of the HDMI output. One can do so, but an additional wire is needed for this. Moreover, the Microsoft Zune HD comes with a HD radio tuner to offer customers a thrilling FM radio feeling.

The competitive MP3 player comes in 16 gigabytes for the price of $220 and in black color. Who wishes to purchase the platinum colored Zune HD should know that it has 32 gigabytes and costs $290.
