Worth Ave Group is undoubtedly a top competitor among companies that offer insurance as well as warranty coverage for Apple’s iPhones. It offers, at only a fraction of the prices AT&T and Best Buy charge for extended warranties, a very comprehensive and flexible insurance, one of the most appreciated. While traveling, enrolees benefit from full coverage even in the case the iPhone is damaged or stolen in another country. As cellphones are more likely to be damaged or stolen in foreign countries, worldwide coverage is certainly a major benefit. For instance, companies like AT&T, Best Buy and SquareTrade do not provide full coverage outside of the United States, while others, like Safeware, provide international protection in exchange of an additional premium.
Insurances provided by Worth Ave Group protect against a wide range of incidents, such as liquid spills, fire, flood, water submersion, accidental damage, theft and vandalism. For example, the most expensive plans offered by AT&T and Best Buy do not cover either stolen devices or damages caused by water submersion, fire or vandalism. The plan provided by SquareTrade also lacks theft, flood, water submersion, fire, or vandalism protection. Protection for peripherals is also covered by Worth Ave Group only.
Policies are available at any time, replacements are not limited and there is no waiting period necessary for claims processing. Warranty options of most of the competing companies require customers to sign up early, within the first months, or even weeks, and do not provide more than one or maximum two replacement devices if needed. AT&T’s expensive plan limits to only two the number of replacements, while Best Buy and SquareTrade allow enrolees to get a single replacement in a two-year time frame. A 30-day delay is required in the case of claims processing in the plan offered by Square Trade, while Worth Ave Group does never impose a waiting period for such claims.
While Best Buy offers plans for a one-year extended guarantee at a price of $179, AT&T charges $167 for a similar plan. Worth Ave Group offers a one-year insurance for the 16GB iPhone 3GS at a price of only $63. The company also provides insurance plans for the iPhone 4 for $89, and offers currently a special discount, the price being only $80.10.
Solid coverage for iPads, laptops as well as other cell phones is also provided. The company’s website http://www.worthavegroup.com offers additional information related to insurance plans and conditions.

Great article! I use Worth Ave. Group’s insurance for my iPhone and it is so great. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for iPhone insurance.
