It seems that the HTC Mondrian and Mozart smartphones have recently been indirectly confirmed as Windows Phone 7 handsets. There are various Twitter messages which draw the attention over HTC’s MMS specifications pages; this list Microsoft Internet Explorer Mobile 7 as the browser ID for the two devices.
HTC’s Mondrian and Mozart have recently been shown in separate leaks; each indicates Windows Phone 7 as the chosen platform. The Mondrian is expected to have a built-in 1.3GHz Snapdragon, 800×480 display, as well as a 5+ megapixel camera, which will be capable of HD video shooting.
Except for the 800×480 display, which was confirmed in the MMS specifications, there is little known about the Mozart. According to a leaked promotion document, this could be an entry-level Windows Phone 7 device, as it was priced at $49 AUD (~$42 USD) on Telstra, the Australian carrier.
Until now, HTC hasn’t yet officially introduced the Mondrian or the Mozart.
