Plastic MacBook updated with GeForce 320M and 10-hour battery

Apple’s plastic MacBook has been updated for the first time after its redesign, as previous rumors said. The new model sports a faster 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo processor as its major change, the faster GeForce 320M integrated graphics that is inherited from the 13-inch MacBook Pro and the 10-hour battery too.

There is a single configuration available which has the same price of $999. It includes 2GB of RAM, while the MacBook Pro of the same size has 4GB, a 250GB hard disk and an 8X dual-layer SuperDrive. Apple claims the new MacBook will be available immediately and will ship in 24hours from the Apple Store online.
