HTC’s Evo 4G is expected to be available for pre-ordering late in May in Sprint’s network. Some leaked information confirms the already rumoured timeframe with HTC’s device availability for pre-orders at Best Buy. However, no new information about the price of the smartphone is known.
HTC’s Evo 4G is known as the first WiMAX smartphone in the United States, but also like the most advanced phones from HTC in any area. It has Android 2.1, sports a 4.3-inch touchscreen and is powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor. The device also features an 8-megapixel camera capable of capturing 720-pixel high definition video.
