The new Vision players for this year have been revealed by Archos through a German release. The A30VC chases directly the fifth-generation iPod nano and has a camera incorporated on its back. Unlike its rival, the A30VC can not only capture videos but also shots. It replaces the Archos 3 Vision and also has a 3-inch touchscreen and an FM transmitter and radio meant to broadcasting its sound or taking in a live feed. The player will have a single model with 8GB capacity and will be able to run a low 14 hours of music. The device should cost about 90 euros or $122.

Other players are relatively basic but the A14VG is relatively unique with its small square form dictated by its 1.4-inch display. It still can play video and show photos. These features along with its 4GB capacity of storage will make it the cheapest player in the series at a price of 35 euros or $47.

The A15VS and A18VB are more conventional devices with their 1.5-inch and 1.8-inch sizes and the 4GB and 8GB of storage. Prices are 40 and 50 euros, i.e. $54 and$68. The A24VB is a 2.4-inch non-touch parallel to the A30VC that sports a camera for 70 euros or $95. The A43VB is a 4.3-inch video-oriented player having 8GB of space and a microSDHC slot. Price is 100 euros or $135.

Archos has not given any information about when the new models of players would ship.
