Lenovo has begun to ship the 15.6-inch IdeaPad G560 notebook. The exclusive model already available among the entry notebooks is equipped with a 2.13GHz Intel Core i3 processor and has 4GB of RAM. The hard drive has 320GB and comes preloaded with Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit. An integrated Intel processor handles the 1,366×768 resolution, LED-backlit display.
Other specifications include a dual-layer DVD burner and a 2-megapixel webcam. Connectivity is provided by a HDMI output, two USB ports and a USB/eSATA combo, as well as a VGA port and an Ethernet jack. The notebook also features a multi-card reader as well as an ExpressCard slot. Power is provided by a six-cell lithium-ion battery. The notebook is priced at $849.
