Although Dell has not revealed many specifications on the tablet-like Mini 5, some sources claim to have investigated the 5-inch Internet tablet. It would be powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and would have two microSD memory card slots and also feature a SIM card slot. The Mini 5 would be powered by a 1,530mAh battery.
The tablet would have multi-touch compatibility and would sport a customized version of the Android 1.6 for its operating system. Although not yet confirmed, the Dell Mini 5 would have a 5-megapixel camera and possibly a secondary front-facing camera. The tablet would be available in a range of colours including black, red and pink.
The pricing of the Mini 5 is not known. Information is also missing on the release date and the markets it will hit.
