A new Samsung netbook, based on Intel’s new Pine Trail platform has been recently seen at the FCC. According to the filing, the N150, which is the netbook’s name, benefits from a Qualcomm Gobi 3G chipset, supporting EVDO and HSPA data networks. The Qualcomm chipset has a GPS sensor too.
Technical specifications are still far from being fully discovered, but some sources say that the new netbook will benefit from a class-standard 10.1-inch screen, a 1.66GHz Intel Atom CPU, which is frequently seen on Pine Trail netbooks, 1GB of RAM and a 160GB HDD.
Even if Samsung’s new netbook has already been spotted, it is still unknown when the N150 will ship in stores and its price. The little information about Samsung’s N150 comes just before the CES.
